Help Wanted

Looking for sales professionals.  I’m not gonna bore you or waste either of our time by sugar coating what I have to offer.  It simple, You Sell, You Make Money.  And pretty good money at that.  Here are the basics, if interested email me at tdixon@nwohio.info.

• Full or Part Time
• Set your own hours
• Semi-Protected sales areas available
• Earn good money on each sale

1. sell our 1/4 page ad for $100.00 earn $25.00
2. sell our 1/2 page ad for $200.00 earn $60.00
3. sell our full page ad for $300.00 earn $100.00

If you commit your self to seeing 8 businesses a day, 5 days a week and sell just 2 ads a day, averaging $60 per sale for the week, you will get a pay check of $600.00 per week.  Obviously this varies from week to week and is just an example of your earning potential.  But lets sweeten the pot, say you see, 8 per day, 5 days per week and sell one of each ad per day, your check will then be, $925.00 per week.  Just a bit of a difference.  Oh and I did say “make your own hours” so if you want to work Mon, Tues and Wed, and you sell 4 full page ads, 2 1/2 page and 4 1/4 page,  you have 4 days off a week with $620.00 on your pay check.

After a year of offering different size ads, free listings, and tweaking the system to get it right. So that’s just what we did,  we got it right,  if you advertise your business at all, and choose not to list with us, it will simply amaze me.  But it is your money, and I’m not even going to attempt to tell people how to spend their money. 8o) I will however give you some of the reasons we feel it is money well spent, when you do choose t advertise with us.

Here are just a few:

• We will spend 25% of every new ad sold, to promote our web site. This adds up quickly, and benefits all of our advertisers. 
• We are by far the cheapest advertising you will spent your money on, even if you purchase our highest price listing, you will pay well under a $1.00 a day to list with us.  For what you pay us for a year, you can get in most regional papers for a day.
• We want to give back to NW Ohio, after all it is where we live.  So once our books are in the black, we will be contributing to local charities, and benefits for our NW Ohio friends and neighbors.  Probably at the same rate we will be advertising for your business. 25% for advertising, and 25% back to community projects.
• We are local, we are not some national company here to take your money and not try to help you really benefit from your money spent.  If you have an idea for a promotional even, or need to get the word out on something, just give us a call, if we can help you in anyway, we will.
• The best way for a business of any size to survive is with friends, and we can help with this as well.  When we are out and about we get asked all the time, I’ve been looking for this, or I need that.  Well we always try to help, so if we have someone on our site, who offers these things, they are always the first to be recommended to our other clients.  It just makes business “cents”.
• We have had over 150,000 visitors to our site since Nov. of 2007, and better yet, over 1000 per day for the past 4 months.  You want people to find your business, then be where they are looking, www.nwohio.info

When looking at the examples, don’t think of it as the actual size of the ad its self,  its the things you get with them and where you list on the site that counts.  Our site is not alphanumeric in order, our clients list based on date they become a customer and how much they spend.  So you can get on today, for $300.00 and list above those who got one 3 months ago and spent $200.00.  We feel everyone should have control of there listing and list their way.  So if your business is called Zambeanos, no worries, just get on the site now, and in time when Aameriest gets on the site, and they pay, $300.00 just simply upgrade your ad at that time, and you list above them once again.

Hello Northwest Ohio

Hello,

My name is Todd and this is my first blog. I am doing it to promote nw Ohio and all of the fine things it has to offer.  I have a website that a created two summers ago, and brought to life about this time last year.  It is a business directory type website and you can view it at www.nwohio.info   It been alot of fun, tweeking it and getting out there and meeting some great people who set up shop right here in Northwest Ohio. So far I have found Restaurants, Sports Bars, Corner Bars, Pro Shops, Golf courses, and real estate related businesses to list on the web site.  It been a fun a trying road to get things into place, but I’m finally there.  Its just a matter of time now befor www.nwohio.info is the on place many Northwest Ohioans, and people traveling too or thru will visit, to find the people places and things they want or need in the area.  We have places like Loma Linda, Ventura’s, Barrons, Winchester’s, and The Gathering to name a few restaurants and Jon’s Korner bar, Free Bird Lounge, and Breakroom Lounge for those who want to kick back a bit.  We also have Fallen Timbers Fairways for the golfer in you, or there hall available for rent if your one who like to entertain.  We have had over 150,000 views since last November (2007) averaging over 1000 per day here latly.  Like i said, its been a very fun year, and with our pricing, this next year should prove to be a good one for all involved.  What I want to do here, is to allow the users of the site, to let me know the things they are looking for, and the areas they wish to find them.  This will allow me to interact with those people, to bring them the very best directory I can, right here at home.  Thats it for this post, but I will have a few more tonight befor I head to bed, They will let you guys know, what I am currently looking for, these will include types of businesses, certain location I need things in, and even job ops with me.  So look at the Title’s and click on the ones that suit your needs.  Also, i will be featuring free areas of intrest in nw Ohio, such as the metroparks, town festivals, fairs, parades and benefits.  This site will continue to build its self up,  so when you are looking for the people places and things in nw Ohio u need, we will have them.   Thanks for coming and stop back again.
